This attachment pack was awesome - it was all the attachments I wanted for my new mixer. I am impressed with the quality of the plastic used - very thick and durable.
Good for small quantitiesAugust 18, 2010 Peter Chamberlain(Dubai, UAE) I've used this attachment to make sausage for over five years now. It is great for the beginner or the occasional sausage maker but as you start making larger quantities it starts to fall down. The biggest problem is that if you are stuffing anymore than about three pounds of sausage it just takes too long. The grinder is great for 3-5 pounds of meat but the motor begins to heat up after that. If you are just starting or will only make an occasional batch of sausage then this is the grinder/stuffer for you.
The quality of the equipment is top notch. Very robust.
